It is indeed common for human beings to engage in known and repetitive strategies that produce similar outcomes when faced with shifting external circumstances. 

In order to move beyond these habitual ways of thinking and behaving, it is useful to bring forth influences that were previously out of our awareness so that they may be seen, acknowledged and dealt with in an open and transparent way.  

In these conversations, new possibilities for what we believe, how we engage and the results that we achieve become possible.

Merlia’s approach to change

At Merlia, the interventions are tailor made based on an exploration of the individual, the group or the organization’s experiences, challenges, make-up and objectives.  The approach is built on processes to create the conditions for conversations where a shift in consciousness is available and from which new behaviors and possibilities can emerge.  This allows previously inaccessible solutions to recurring problems to be seen.  

 

 

Individuals

Individually, the coaching process is an invitation to identify and  let go of  limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior.   This creates space for the discovery of the authentic impulse within that guides us to the realization of a life that is a true reflection of our potential. 

As leaders in our lives and organizations,we learn to choose from an expanded and intelligent perspective rather than being led by unconscious, reactive and controlling impulses.  This results in a more authentic and immediate connection with oneself and others, a greater sense if inner freedom, creativity, resourcefulness, peace and fulfillment from the inside out.
